SMART - Our help and guidence regarding COVID 19

During this time of unprecedented uncertainty, the team here SMART Entertainment are concerned about the safety and well-being of our colleagues, customers and businesses. Our hearts are with those who have been affected personally by the outbreak of coronavirus (COVID-19) as well as the impact that this is having on our operators and businesses.
To slow the spread of COVID-19 (coronavirus) the general public are being asked to stay at home as much as possible and avoid unnecessary social contact. We empathise with businesses during this time.
We wanted to let you know what measures SMART has taken to reduce the risk to the team, especially being a small team. We have made the decision to cancel our team meet ups, and the team will be working from home until further notice. On the back of that – our monthly Lunch & Learn sessions are cancelled for the foreseeable future. We will be reviewing that further, with the introduction of monthly Webinars as a replacement. More news on that will be sent through soon. Face to Face meetings / training sessions are cancelled until further notice.
Access to our support team will continue as normal. Currently, the support team are dealing with a number of requests. We ask that all support requests are made via email, where a ticket will be raised and dealt with accordingly. This enables us to deal with requests in a timely manner. We are working closely with our service providers to ensure continuity of service, and monitoring their policies in dealing with the COVID-19 situation.
